SHIPPING INFORMATION
We handle your orders within 24 hours and we dispatch all items by courier Service. All our jewelry are handmade so please allow 8- 10 business days for delivery once you have placed your order.
It is very important to note that a signature will be required for parcels delivery. We will email you the tracking number of your parcel once it has been dispatched. Please make sure that you or someone you trust is available to sign for the package upon delivery.
Also note that in case of delivery outside EU, the country of destination may have import taxes which you may have to pay. Please contact your local custom office for any questions regarding the customs regulations for your country.
SHIPPING WITHIN EU AND GREECE
The VAT and duty fees are included in the shipping cost.
OUR RETURN POLICY
We hope you are delighted with your jewelry. If for any reason you decide not to keep your online purchase, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 calendar days from you receiving your order. Send us an e-mail at info@egoic.gr and we will inform you about the steps you must follow to return your purchase
1) The return it refers to a product for which NO individualized order was placed, e.g., custom jewelry or transformations
2) The product have not been worn or used except for testing, no pieces have been removed and no changes have been made to the jewelry
3) All the tags have not been removed or otherwise destroyed in any way. Jewels returned must be in their original condition and packaging and accompanied by the receipt, warranty card and all tags attached. If the item is found intact, you have the right to exchange it with something else or apply for a full refund.
We will return your money back within fifteen (15) calendar days from the day that we will receive the product.
4) If you receive defective or incorrect product you must contact us within 48 hours after receipt of the product, by sending an e-mail at info@egoic.gr, in order to report the problem and obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will inform you by email about the steps you must follow to return your purchase.
5) Returns are at buyer expense which can include VAT and duty fees
We highly recommend shipping returned merchandise via insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. “Egoic S.P” shall not be held liable for any loss or deterioration of returned goods during transportation.
In case the products are returned damaged or defective, then “Egoic S.P” shall have the right to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which shall be determined by the condition of the products, and proceed unilaterally to a partial offset of their claim against the customer’s claim.
