Yes you can! EGOIC can produce custom-designed items, in accordance with the available colors of the Swarovski crystals. You can make your own color mix by using all the available colors for the specific jewelry code-category. Choose your jewelry code in one color and send us an email by stating your preferred color. (For example if you like the Iokaste earrings but you want it in two colors, the top in fuchsia and the bottom in rose, place your order for the Iokaste earrings /rose and send us an email with your preference. We will confirm by sending you an email within 24 hours if the requested color is available or not. Customized products may not be returned or exchanged.
Yes we do. Our 1 year warranty offers free re-polishing and 24K gold or rhodium plating. The returns are at buyer expense. Also with your beautiful jewelry you will receive our certificate of authenticity. Please note that for all online purchases, the delivery receipt must be presented in order for any claims to be made.
