These terms and conditions of website use (“Terms and Conditions”) (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you (“you”) the terms of use on which you may make use of our websites; Egoic.gr and/or any and all domains containing the name in part or in whole “Egoic“, whether as a guest or a registered user. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before you start to use the Site(s). By using Our Site(s), you indicate that you accept these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you are not authorized to use Our Site(s). We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to you by amending Terms and Conditions. Such changes are effective when they are posted on Our Site and your continued use of Our Site after any such changes are posted will be considered acceptance by you of such changes. You are expected to check these Terms and Conditions from time to time to take notice of any changes we make or have made, as they are binding on you. Some of the provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on Our Site(s). This foregoing does not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, nor our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter, nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
If a mistake in product description or pricing occurs on Our Site(s), We reserve the right to correct it and to refuse or cancel any orders placed for items listed at an incorrect price. Any orders placed via the Site(s) are not considered accepted until we have shipped the order.
INFORMATION ABOUT YOU AND YOUR VISITS TO OUR SITE(S)
We process information about you in accordance with Our Privacy Policy. By using Our Site(s), you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
TRANSACTIONS CONCLUDED THROUGH OUR SITE(S)
The products we make available on Our Site(s) are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may only order products if you are 18 years old or older. Certain products that you purchase on Our Site(s) may be subject to additional terms and conditions presented to you at the time of such purchase.

Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload Content or other material to Our Site(s), or to make contact with other users of Our Site(s), including through the use of blogs, chat rooms, message boards or other public forums, you must comply with these Terms and Conditions and the content standards set out in our Acceptable Use Policy (please see Part two below). JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
This Agreement is governed by the state laws of Karditsa Greece, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any cause of action that may arise under this Agreement will be brought in the appropriate court in Karditsa and you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karditsa.
DISCLOSURE
If required by law or by a court order, or otherwise under good faith advisement, we may disclose your personal information. Additionally, we may disclose your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
MISCELLANEOUS
All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions remain in full force and effect.

ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the terms between you and us under which you may access our Egoic websites, whether as a guest or a registered user. This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users of, and visitors to, Our Site(s). Your use of Our Site(s) means that you accept, and agree to abide by, all the policies in this Acceptable Use Policy, which supplement our Terms and Conditions set out in Part one above.
PROHIBITED USES
You may use Our Site(s) only for lawful purposes. You may not use Our Site(s):
In any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.
For the purpose of harming or attempting to harm minors in any way.

We may from time to time provide interactive services on Our Site(s), including, without limitation:

Where we do provide any interactive service, We will provide clear information to you about the kind of service offered, if it is moderated and what form of moderation is used (including whether it is human or technical), if any.
We will decide whether it is appropriate to use moderation of the relevant service (including what kind of moderation to use) in the light of relevant risks. However, We are under no obligation to oversee, monitor or moderate any interactive service We provide on Our Site(s), and we expressly exclude our liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of any interactive service by a user in contravention of Our Content standards, whether the service is moderated or not. Be likely to deceive any person.
Be made in breach of any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence.
Promote any illegal activity.
Be threatening, abuse or invade another’s privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety.
Be likely to harass
, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person.
Be used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person.
Give the impression that they emanate from us, if this is not the case.
Advocate, promote or assist any unlawful act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse.
SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of this Acceptable Use Policy through your use of Our Site(s). When a breach of this policy has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate. Failure to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy constitutes a material breach of the Terms and Conditions (please see Part one above) upon which you are permitted to use Our Site(s), and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:
Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use Our Site(s).
Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any posting or material uploaded by you to Our Site(s).
Issue of a warning to you.
Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.
Further legal action against you.
Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.
We exclude liability for actions taken in response to breaches of this acceptable use policy. The responses described in this policy are not limited, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.
PART THREE
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We handle your orders within 24 hours and we dispatch all items by DHL courier Service. All our jewelry are handmade so please allow 10 days for delivery once you have placed your order.
It is very important to note that a signature will be required for parcels delivery. We will email you the DHL tracking number of your parcel once it has been dispatched. Please make sure that you or someone you trust is available to sign for the package upon delivery.
Also note that in case of delivery outside EU, the country of destination may have import taxes which you may have to pay. Please contact your local custom office for any questions regarding the customs regulations for your country.
SHIPPING WITHIN EU AND GREECE
The VAT and duty fees are included in the shipping cost.
OUR RETURN POLICY
We hope you are delighted with your jewelry. If for any reason you decide not to keep your online purchase, we gladly accept returns or exchanges for any product that did not meet your expectations provided that:
- The order is wrongly executed, i.e., another item is delivered instead of that of the order, or a defective product, or a damaged package is delivered.
- The buyer contacts within 48 hours after receipt of the product, by sending an e-mail at info@egoic.gr, in order to report the problem and obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
We will inform you by email about the steps you must follow to return your purchase.
- Returns are at buyer expense
Jewels returned must be in their original condition and packaging and accompanied by the receipt, warranty card and all tags attached. If the item is found intact, you have the right to exchange it with something else or apply for a full refund. The buyer is expected to undertake any shipping cost for a return.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement without specifying a reason for doing so within fourteen (14) calendar days, returning the product in its initial condition, without any fees or charges whatsoever to the buyer, except for transport charges. This deadline starts from receipt of the products. In case the buyer exercises his/her right of withdrawal “Egoic S.P” shall be obliged to return any money paid by the consumer within fifteen (15) calendar days from the day that we will receive the product.
Exercise of the right of withdrawal by the buyer is only possible provided that:
- It refers to a product for which NO individualized order was placed, e.g., custom jewelry or transformations.
- The product has not been worn or used except for testing, no pieces have been removed and no changes have been made to the jewelry.
- The tags of “Egoic” store and the product’s labels have not been removed or otherwise destroyed in any way.
- All accompanying documents of the product, including guarantee, instructions for use, and receipt of purchase, have been returned.

Returns are at buyer expense
We highly recommend shipping returned merchandise via insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We also recommend that customers request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. “Egoic S.P” shall not be held liable for any loss or deterioration of returned goods during transportation.
In case the products are returned damaged or defective, then “Egoic S.P” shall have the right to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which shall be determined by the condition of the products, and proceed unilaterally to a partial offset of their claim against the customer’s claim.
